Samuel J. Vega Wins Outstanding Employee Award at Chicago’s Tribune

At this year’s Chicago Tribune Jones Beck Awards ceremony on Friday, Feb. 1 Samuel Vega, media producer at Hoy newspaper,
received the the Hoy leadership award. Vega was recognized by colleagues for his hard work & effort at the company, developing and producing video content and new multi-media strategies for the paper. Vega was hired in June 2012. He began his professional work in media as a Radio program instructor at Batey Urbano 2008.
